Steve was, until July 2004, the Commercial Director of Singlepoint (4U) Ltd, a mobile phone airtime provider, part of the Caudwell Group.  During his 9-year tenure he led the team that delivered growth in the customer base from infancy to over 2 million customers and a turnover in excess of £1 billion.

As part of his responsibilities, Steve designed and implemented commercial policies relating to customer applications, pre-bill spend, credit control cycle and recovery of disconnected debt.  Other responsibilities including acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, revenue enhancement, tariff design, billing and marketing.

Steve is a qualified Chartered Accountant and previously spent 8 years with KPMG, specialising in Corporate Finance.

Steve is supported by a strong senior management team who, as specialists in their field, have comprehensive experience over a wide range of industry sectors :

Mark Webb, Commercial Manager has many years' collections and debt recovery experience gained in financial services and utilities.  Mark has worked for the world's largest banking and financial services company, Citigroup.   As Litigation Manager for Citigroup, Mark was responsible for the litigation of both secured and un-secured portfolios for UK companies within the group.   At United Utilities he established and oversaw a Litigation department delivering a high volume of quality legal claims.

Brian Roscoe, IT Manager has extensive systems and analysis experience, covering telecommunications and Microsoft based technologies.  Brian worked for many years as a senior manager with a home-collected credit business.     Brian has a proven track record in the delivery of highly reliable systems, together with an understanding of the information needs of senior management and clients.

Louise Bedford, Finance Manager has gained valuable experience working in the financial services, telecoms and contruction sectors.
