You will be responsible for providing a debt recovery/customer care service for a variety of blue chip clients by making and receiving calls, advising and influencing debtors on payment options for debt recovery and to also carry out administrative activities relating to the management of consumer accounts.

Working within a small team, reporting to the IT Manager, you will support and develop routines for all aspects of the business utilising the SQL Server 2005 database within the organisation.
Duties will include the daily maintenance of our SQL 2005 database, performance tuning and backup. You will also develop SQL database routines, reports and help with providing the business, and our clients, with up-to-date, accurate statistics about performance.
You will be responsible for liaising with our clients technical departments to produce specifications, documentation and automated routines for the exchange of data and reporting.
