Trace & Collect: We use a variety of sources to trace "gone away" debtors.  By intelligent use of different sources we are able to maximise our tracing penetration and place debtors back into the process as soon as possible.

In House Litigation: Our experienced in-house litigation department is able to use all methods of enforcement necessary to secure payment.  We are able to process large numbers of accounts through the Court bulk centre.

Technology: We are able to offer an unlimited browser interface capability so that clients are able to view the current status of their accounts at any time.  We also operate a bespoke predictive  and progressive dialling system resulting in increased call penetration and contact rates leading to high levels of collections.     We can record calls made or received from our customers for audit purposes, and our computer systems allow us to provide any interface to our clients systems to update customer records.
