In some circumstances, despite best efforts, normal debt collection techniques may prove fruitless in collecting outstanding monies. Advantis can, where appropriate, provide a litigation service on those accounts which have passed through the debt collection cycle.
Advantis would conduct all of the pre-sue activity and this would establish the likelihood of successful legal activity being taken against an account. Once established, Advantis would organise for the Claims to be issued and when a Judgment has been obtained, we would handle post Judgment collections, pre enforcement activity and enforcement action where necessary.
